About the RealHousewife

I am a REAL housewife! Not the famous kind that stumbles around in Louboutins and negligee's.  I often don't even bother with shoes.  I just make sure to paint my toe nails and wear matching flip flops.

I often have love affairs in my kitchen. Right under the nose of my perfect husband. Croquembouche was the last encountered and I would do it again!  I took four semesters of French in college and love anything and everything French.  I often use google maps to zoom in on the streets of France and I take a stroll down the streets - checking out the store fronts and seeing the way they live. 

I love to travel and do so as much as possible.  My next trip is planned and the tickets have been purchased for a trip to Cancun, Mexico!  My birthday is 12/21 and where else would I spend it but at the Mayan Ruins on 12/21/2012?  I hope the following trip will be Paris, France. 

I worked in a sleep lab until I got tired of it.  I have credentials as an R.PSG.T and enjoyed doing sleep research and clinical studies for several years.

I currently own a small business with my husband in the real estate market.  I crank out research reports for title companies, mortgage lenders, lawyers, bail bondsman - anyone who is interested in what comes up in public record searches.

I have been in a relationship with my husband since 1993 and we have been happily married since 1999.  We enjoy laughing, traveling and are slightly competitive with each other.  We both work hard from our offices on opposite ends of the house - but every evening we meet in the middle and spend time together watching t.v., going out to dinner, gambling, exploring St. Louis and Illinois.

I have three outstanding girls! The oldest, Laurel, is 24.  She attends a university at night in criminal justice and works for a large finance company during the day.  Sydney will be 13 this month and is a super star softball player and honor roll student.  Maddy is 11 and last year she earned an award at her fifth grade graduation for achieving an A average for 2 (TWO) straight years!  She loves gymnastics and shopping!

I am a freelance writer and enjoy life and learning new things everyday.   I can't tell you what I will be doing next week or maybe even tomorrow but I can guarantee I am going to find something to laugh my ass off about.  Then I'll tell you.....
